Used the dSLR Tools (from Noel Carboni) clarify action here, along with some creative sharpening from pksharpener. Worked fairly well, although I should have painted out the noise in the squirrel's underside as I did with the next version. Clarify appears to be most of what the Outback Photo detail extractor (used on the next photo) is doing.
