For fun, I shot a bright colored Japanese Tree Peony and a Yellowtwig Dogwood in bloom with three camera: Nikon Coolpix 990, Fuji Finepix F11 and Nikon D70s. No reason, other than blatant curiosity. All did well, but I like the D70s shots best. For macro work, a shallower depth of field still looks nice, and tiny sensors make that much too difficult.
